Packaging & Quantities

  •  Ground Beef, Stew Meat, and Chili Meat come in 1-lb. or 2-lb. packages. 

  • Rib-Eyes, T-Bone, & NY Strip Steaks are typically 2-per package.

  • Sirloin Steaks are 1-per package. 

    • Most of our Sirloins are bone-in & quite large

  • Tenderized Cutlets are typically 4-per package. 

  • Chuck Roasts - Smaller ones (1.2 - 2.6lbs. each) & Larger ones (3 - 5lbs. each)

  • Rump Roasts typically range from 2 - 4lbs. each

Individual Cuts

  • Mix & Match​ - as much or little as you like

  • Call, text or email to purchase or order online

  • Available for pick-up/delivery by appointment or prior arrangements

  • Want a cut of meat we don't have? Let us know! We will do our best to accommodate on future orders!

Half and Whole Calf Options:

​

  • Grass-Finished Half:​

    • $9.50 per pound (actual meat - not hanging weight)

    • Yields approximately 185-200 pounds

  • Grass-Finished Whole:​

    • $9.00 per pound​ (actual meat - not hanging weight)

    • Yields approximately 350-400 pounds 

  • We deliver calf to butcher shop and cover processing cost 

  • Customized cuts to suit each family's individual needs

  • $500 deposit required on bulk orders with remaining balance due before pick-up if paying online or at pick-up if paying via cash or check. 

  • Meat ready to pick up 3-4 weeks after harvesting.

  • Pre-orders welcome (if customer wants their beef a specific time of year)  - just call or text Mikel at (254) 749-3719. 

Organ meats and specialty products available upon request.

We strive to deliver top-notch beef at a fair price. As such, our beef is priced according to current market trends - we do our best to stay comparable to the prices of similar products you would find at your local grocery store.
